When I was looking to take on my first nanny I spoke to Little Laura's and another local agency. There was no comparison at all – the other agency emailed me a multitude of CVs saying they were all personally interviewed but refused to talk me through the candidates’ details, instead insisting I interviewed them all and asked the questions myself ! Well if I had time to do that I wouldn’t need a nanny! Laura, on the other hand, was superb – she discussed the difference in qualifications, experience, personality and suitability to my role of each of the candidates that she suggested to me.
She had obviously met them all herself and outlined my situation with them prior to introducing them to me. We agreed to interview 2 nannies from Laura (none from the other agency !) but never got past the first one ! She was a perfect match for us, my daughter loves her and she has become one of the family since she started with us 6 weeks ago.
Laura’s service didn’t stop there though – she talked me through the legalities, helped me to draw up the contract and put me in touch with some nanny insurance companies. Then, when our nanny was sick for a few days, Laura managed to find another lovely nanny to help us out in the meantime – she arrived within a few hours of my call to Laura – that is what I call service!!
I am 100% confident that if we have any questions or problems at any time in the future Laura will be happy to help, and if we ever need to hire another nanny there is only one phone call I would need to make.

We are spoilt in that our 3 children have always been cared for by family 3 days a week. Following a move to the area, and a return to full-time employment, we needed a nanny who we could feel comfortable leaving the children with for the remaining 2 days a week and sought help from Little Laura's.

I relocated to the West Sussex area in 2004 with my partner and two small children. It was very important to us that we found a babysitting service that provided high quality childcare and was reliable.
Little Laura’s were able to provide the service that exactly suited our needs. The children love the babysitters and really enjoy being looked after by them. Little Laura’s have never let me down in terms of providing childcare even though it may have been at short notice at times!

I have been a member of Little Lauras for 3 years now and have never had any problems. Laura is alawys so helpful and a delight to talk to. She has always come up with a baby sitter for us even at short notice.
We joined Little Lauras because my daughter was being difficult when we went out and we felt she needed someone experienced to look after her. Laura made sure we got to know a few baby sitters so that there was always consistency. Having recently moved to Petersfield I contacted Little Laura’s with an urgent request for a part time nanny.
